Riley Feldman is a well-known local consultant in the matters of senior and pre-retiree investors. A Houston native and a graduate of Texas A&M University, he’s dedicated his career to helping Texans retire with dignity. His practice has been crafted to focus specifically on the often under-served middle-class. He brings strategies that are usually for “institutional investors” directly to the “everyday” client, with who he feels like he can better relate and work. His team helps clients protect their money, reduce or eliminate investment-related taxes, increase their income and more profitably organize their investments.
Riley began his career in advising in 2015 after graduating from A&M. He started with a large insurance firm, quickly rising the ranks and becoming a Regional Vice President in 2018. Riley successfully managed and mentored a team of 12 advisors during his tenure as a Regional Vice President, earning him the #2 Team in the country award for the firm’s group retirement division.
After a successful 7-year career at the insurance firm, Riley knew he would be better able to serve his clients by going independent. In 2022, Riley left his firm to create Catalyst Financial. Being with Catalyst, Riley is better equipped with the tools, software, and investment options to help make sure his clients are in the best position possible.
Personally, Riley is married to his wife, Taylor, and has three young boys, Noah, Tristan, and Forrest. When Riley isn’t chasing crazy kids around the house, he loves going offshore fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. They reside in Missouri City, Texas.
A few of Riley’s notable achievements are:
- 2015: Advisor Fast Start Award
- 2020: #2 Team at Company, Retirement Benefits Division
- 2021: Manager Leadership Award
- 2021: Top District in Branch Award
